General Refund Terms
All refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of booking. By completing a reservation, guests agree to both the Cancellation Policy and this Refund Policy.

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the rental amount paid. -
50% Refund
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the rental amount paid. -
No Refund
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, including no-shows and early departures, are non-refundable.
Fees and Taxes

Refunds apply only to the rental charges actually paid, subject to the Cancellation Policy.

Applicable taxes may be refunded only if they are refunded to us by the taxing authority or payment processor.
